Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on each person’s clinical presentation, history, and goals for care.

Yes. Psychiatric services are confidential and protected by applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA. Information shared during appointments is not disclosed without consent, except in limited circumstances required by law, such as concerns related to safety. 

Yes. Secure, HIPAA-compliance telehealth appointments are available. In-person visits may also be offered, depending on availability.

No. This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Yes, we are currently in network and accepting Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, United Medical Resources, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey,  UnitedHealthcare, Oxford and Oscar. Please contact us to inquire about current insurance acceptance and coverage. However, for guaranteed confirmation of coverage, it is best to contact your insurance company directly.

If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, you may choose to self-pay for services. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, and you may be able to submit claims for reimbursement.

Yes. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement purposes.

Self-pay rates vary depending on the type and length of the appointment. Current fees are as follows:

  • Initial evaluation: $300
  • Follow-up appointment: $175

We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

Initial appointments focus on understanding your concerns, history, and goals for care. This allows time for thoughtful assessment and discussion of appropriate treatment options.

Follow-up frequency varies based on individual needs, treatment plan, and clinical need.

Appointments require at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Same day cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

You may request a consultation by contacting the practice through the website or via text or calling. All inquiries are reviewed, and next steps will be communicated directly. 

Requests for paperwork or documentation are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be clinically appropriate and supported by an established treatment relationship. Under no circumstances will paperwork be provided after initial appointment.

This practice does not complete certain types of forms, including but not limited to legal or forensic evaluations or court-related documentation.

Any documentation that is considered must be discussed in advance and will require an additional fee per document.
